How It Works

Bookings: We take bookings up to 3 days beforehand. Rescheduling is 2 days beforehand, at no additional fee. Cancellation is up to 2 days beforehand to receive 70% back of your fee and 100% of your deposit. We recommend rescheduling or locating your picnic indoors. You can relocate your picnic indoors or inside a rotunda up to 2 hours before the event!

Terms: Full payment is required 3 days before your event. All picnics and popup events require a $150 security bond that is fully refundable on return of items in good condition. (Excluding regular washing and laundry which will be done by us!) Items missing or damaged/soiled beyond repair will come out of the deposit, if the amount is in excess of $150 the additional amount will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

VENUE PERMITS

We do not cover the application of venue permit or venue hire (if required). The place of your picnic will be organized by you (we have plenty of ideas if you need them!) and you will be responsible for any event permits if required. Generally speaking, you may not need an event permit for a picnic.

WEATHER

If the weather fairy is not kind, we can easily setup in a nearby rotunda, in your home or on the verandah - let us know at least 2 hours in advance.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

On confirmation of booking we require full payment (+ fully refundable $150 security bond). Full payment is required at least 3 days before your event. All picnics and popup events require a $150 deposit that is fully refundable on return of items in good condition. (Excluding regular washing and laundry which will be done by us!) Items missing or damaged/soiled beyond repair will come out of the deposit, if the amount is in excess of $150, the additional amount will be charged. A limit of up to 1 reschedule is accepted. If you need to reschedule due to new COVID 19 restrictions, there is NO fee required.

ALCOHOL

We do not supply or serve alcohol, but we are happy to work with catering companies who do offer this! You may be able to bring your own, please check with your venue.
